NOTICE TO ABU DIPLOMATES REGARDING THE 2012 ANNUAL CERTIFICATE FEE MAILING

Due to errors by a local mailing company, the invoices you recently received for the ABU 2012 Annual Certificate Fee contain incorrect ABU Diplomate numbers and no return envelope. The mailing is being corrected and re-sent as quickly as possible. You should receive the corrected invoice during the week of February 13-17. If you have already sent in a check for payment, we appreciate your response and will work to ensure your check is properly credited to your account. However, we would appreciate your patience in waiting for the corrected mailing before making payment to ensure accuracy in processing and to allow the use of the specially barcoded return envelope for efficient mail delivery. Credit card payments made online must be entered with your correct ABU Diplomate ID number; therefore, it is advisable to wait for the corrected mailing if you wish to pay by credit card but are not certain of your Diplomate number.

The American Board of Urology (ABU) provides this web site as a service to our Diplomates, applicants, residents, residency program directors, and the general public. The new look and enhanced functionality of our web site is designed to meet the needs of our clients in a more efficient and comprehensive way.

The information presented here is also available from the ABU office, but generally the most up-to-date information will be accessible here more quickly than through the mail from the ABU Office. Virtually all the interactions between our clients and the Board staff can be conducted through the various features of the web site; however, we are available for telephone calls between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday at (434) 979-0059.
